Room had trash on floor from previous occupant-furniture covering torn,hair in shower from prior occupant.The shower stall was a walk in , so had to put towels to catch water from going into bathroom when taking shower. Grounds were nice , staff friendly .

A horrible experience. My room and bathroom was in poor condition. The staff wasn’t welcoming. The floors were stained and bathtub was extremely dirty and we couldn’t take a bath.

This property needs lots of upgrading. Our door wouldn't open easily, you had to tackle it, same to close. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well the mirrors on the closet doors were dirty, there was so much dust on the furniture. For a suite for a family of up to 5, more hangers would be nice especially for a week long stay. Better lighting especially for rooms with no windows. Parking was a hassle especially with an extra large suv. I do have to say the staff was nice.

Front desk customer service really rude. No water in rooms to drink only for diamond rooms. Bathtub was plug water took forever to drain. I stay 3 nights and since day one they didn’t fill the condition bottle we ask front desk and she was really rude about it. The only kind person was Diana the from the breakfast area.

Restroom had mold and hairs from people who probably stayed before us, room had a strong smell of tobacco. Staff members tried to give us free breakfast as a compensation but we where notified 30 before breakfast area closed.

We been staying here for the last 15 years so we know the hotel very well, it's convenient. The food was actually good and satisfying. However, times have changed. We didn't like how the floors were stained and very dirty (kids feet were black), the alarm system test went on for an hour and not the few minutes as told by staff. Pubic hair all over shower and floor. Our shower gel was empty. Our maid never brought up towels as requested. And our card was accidentally charged after check out ( front desk said a glitch) which ruined our daughter's birthday the following day. The staff was great as always but it's been 3 years since our last stay. Don't know if we'll return
