During a recent sibling getaway to New Orleans, my sister and I had the pleasure of staying at the Marsh Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The general manager was incredibly welcoming, and Blue, the bartender, provided exceptional service that made our evenings enjoyable. Check-in was seamless, with no issues whatsoever, allowing us to settle in quickly and start our adventure in the vibrant city. The staff's recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot-on, enhancing our experience and helping us discover some hidden gems. One of the highlights of our stay was the coffee shop and bar attached to the hotel. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, offering a cozy atmosphere and delicious beverages. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining elegance with comfort, making it a lovely retreat after a busy day. Overall, our experience at the Marsh Hotel was fantastic, and I can confidently say that this will be my go-to accommodation for every future visit to New Orleans. I can’t wait to return and create more memories in this beautiful city while staying at such a wonderful hotel.

For a hotel this large and famous, why are there no bell hops to assist with the luggage 🤔
