Throughout: filthy floors, walls poorly patched, a permeating stink of at least six different scents of air freshener, chocolate?, and lingering tobacco. Front door lock would not open (side door lock opened fine). Bath: laminate countertops peeling apart and no caulking, rusted and rotted light fixture, toilet paper...

« This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. « Day one the refrigerator don’t work, day two the washer flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor. The landlord said he sent someone by, I don’t risk trying to use the washer again so I’m not sure he ever showed up. I asked for more towels and he said I would have to put the ones I had in a trash bag outside to get new ones. I never did, I just dried them and used them. I also think the landlord uses AI to manage the property. Responses seem computer generated. Area is not great either. »
