Location is not on the water. The cottage is 1.4 miles from Kite’s Landing boat launch. Kite’s Landing has a $5 boat launch fee. Location provides plenty of parking space for your friends or your boat. Full kitchen with two bedrooms and one bath. Two porches to sit and relax with friends and family. Board games included for family fun! I brought paper plates & everything. I was very impressed that they were stocked. Although i do not sleep well in new environments, the bed, sheets & comforter was so comfortable. I dont get time to myself, but i was able to actually sit & enjoy a book on the porch. I was a lil disappointed about the rain, but I did bring games for the kids & they didnt even play with them cause the cabin was stocked with board games.
