Staff was friendly and helpful. But the hotel needs to take there carpet out. It is old and smells. My husband saw 2 baby roaches in the bathroom. It’s a stay if you can deal with that. Price of room was good.

We’ve stayed here for our visits to Pineville for the past 6 years. Although it is an older hotel you can’t beat the price and location. If you’re looking for a safe and reliable place to stay, this is it.

I sent a review to Trivago, the place is dirty, moldy, wet carpet in front of a leaky refrigerator, doesn’t deserve a 7-8 rating. Since the Convention Center is closed, the hotel has gone to pot. Breakfast one day was good, the next, nothing but biscuits, cereal, banana muffins, coffee, tea, and milk. They ran out of food.

Another last-second booking in Pineville. I noticed some of the local hotels had lower pricing recently, so I decided to stay away from home at the pineville hotel and convention center. Check in was quick and easy, but the staff member checking me in just handed me the card to the room and said have a nice day. No directions, no room number, no indication as to where the best parking spot closest to the door entering the building would be. That's okay, i'm not stupid. Figuring it out, wasn't a problem at all. Room was clean and cold. It was very quiet night, and I was up for it. Breakfast was delicious the next morning and it was easy to check out. Keep an eye on the rates here. It's not a bad stay at all for the price.

I have been staying here every month for several years. The staff is always very helpful. For some reason, my room wasn't ready at checkin time, this time. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. I had an appointment that I was late for, as a result. I guess I will request early checkin from now on, to ensure my room is ready when I need it.

When I called after I made the reservation and let them know that I was arriving late at night, they said that would let me in based on the staff's availability. When I got there, the staff was very kind and helpful. The room however, they had a humidity smell, the carpet was dirty and stained, the bed sheets and pillow cases were yellow stained, it had hair on the pillow, the sheets were all wrinkled and barely made, the towels were black and yellow stained. The toilet was also dirty. The room looked like it has never been cleaned. I looked at another room there and it looked the same. I left the same night, middle of the night. I bought it through Expedia and asked them for reimbursement, they reached out to the hotel and no one answered. Therefore, no refund. I wished I could have read the reviews prior to booking.
