Loved the vibe and the room set up. We used the kitchen and it was well appointed. The bed was comfy.

Amazing location, view and property

.

Quite good

Service was exceptional.

This a beautiful small hotel adjacent to the British Museum. The staff are friendly, attentive and committed to ensure comfort and a great stay. Great food in the restaurant, atmosphere in the bar and central sitting with coffee in the morning and hot chocolate in the afternoon. Short walk to Russel Square tube Station gives quick access to the London sites and a direct connection to Heathrow. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in London.

The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Being a family of 5 means difficulties finding one room arrangements to fit us all. The Kings suite with 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen/living room at the Taj was ideal and worked out essentially the same as booking two rooms in a standard hotel in central London. This was my first time booking through Expedia which saved $ and also scored free breakfast each day for our entire clan. (Moreover, this is the first time I have ever left a hotel review!). To be honest, I had never even heard of the...

Wonderful stay at this hotel! Staff were extremely helpful! Very close to the tube station (Green Park) and sites like Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly and many more cool places.

A true gem that we stumbled on by chance. Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed restaurant with a great breakfast buffet. Good security. Room was clean and warm. A bit small by North American standards but so was the price. Some good restaurants nearby, and close to the underground. Would be my first choice if in London again.

Clean room with comfy bed. Lovely hotel.

This is the second time staying here and once again this hotel did not disappoint. The location, facilities and service are all at the very pinnacle of London hotels. I will most definitely be staying here again.

Elegant hotel in a great location. Every staff member we encountered from the reception, bellhop, wait staff, concierge and doorman were polite, welcoming and extreemly professional. Would definitely stay here again
