The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower powerful and warm. The hotel has hard floors rather than carpets and I though this would mean noise from the corridor at night but in fact I slept very well so this wasn't an issue. "

"Nice hotel, easy access to tourist hop on hop off bus, right next to Tower of London. Rooms are very nice with either a view of Katherine's Harbor or the Thames. Concierge was very helpful with all requests. I would definayely stay therebagain."
