"The first night was not good. The AC would rattle badly when shutting down. In the morning I asked for it to be repaired prior to night time. Hope and the gentleman asked if I would like to move. I asked for a 4th floor room and they found one. It really impressed me that Hope went to the room and made sure the AC was working properly!! I'm a retired 61 year old jarhead, I was glad to see younger employees going above and beyond to make sure things were right with the product they were offering. Not just thinking that "this get this old fart satisfied""

I ALWAYS clean up his outdoor mess, but I think maintenance had only seen us and complained that I wasn't. That won't make me not come back tho.. I definitely would."
