The hotel was very clean and the staff was very inviting and nice. Our room was super clean and smelled good. The free breakfast was really good and had lots of options. The only downside was having to park on the street. We were able to park close by however. Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was not very good. Maybe we just expected something different considering the reviews were so positive regarding the breakfast, and there were pee stains under the toilet lid, like it had not been cleaned. The bed was comfortable, and that is probably one of the most important things, but the room was very small. Overall, if I was needing somewhere to stay at the same price point, I would choose to stay elsewhere based on our experience and the comparable hotels nearby.

Staff was pleasant, check in/out was easy, hotel and room were clean and updated, bed was comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was good. Only complaint would be lack of parking outside of valet, but that is to be expected downtown a Friday night. Value for the price was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was good. Valet parking is $30 a day with not many other options available. I had seen earlier reviews post that a shuttle was available to the BOK, but that is not correct. Hotel was clean, good breakfast with good coffee both in the room and at breakfast. Good location, but the parking will most likely prevent me from returning.

From the staff to the 10th floor view, everything was amazing. Especially the continental breakfast til 10am! Another cool feature is the google cast tv so you can cast Netflix or Prime instead watching cable. Amazing staff and amazing comfort definitely 10/10!
