I had 2 issues when I arrived at both hotel rooms. Yeah, 2. The lock didn't work on my first room, so they moved me. That room would have probably been more quiet than the one I was moved to near the steps. The second room had only luke warm water. They fixed it right then! The staff (front desk, housekeeping, & maintenance) was great.
