The place was beautiful until I saw the bathroom. The toilet and bath tub were dirty, and the tub didn't drain properly. Everything else was nice though, as well as the staff.

The property was very nice, the room was great. If you have a room with a pull out sofa bring your own blankets. We had to request a blanket and they only gave us one and it was very thin.

The room was good and a fair value for what we paid. There were a couple issues but they were rectified is an acceptable time frame. What we didn't like was the limited hours of the on site restaurant. The worst was the very limited hours for airport pick up and drop off. We ended up having to Lyft both from the airport and back to the airport. Not what we were planning on for a facility that advertised airport pickup and drop off.

One of my take out meals sitting on the dresser was taken by house keeping. It was left on the dresser in the takeout bag and when I return it was no longer there. This was a full container of food, brand new and too large to be stored anywhere else (could not fit in the fridge due to container size). I’d like to believe this was a mistake, however I think it was fairly clear that this was not trash. I left the door sign to come back later for cleaning for the rest of my stay. Other than this, my stay was fine, hotel is clean, and staff was friendly.

The property is in a very convenient location for customers attending an event at the BOK center across the street. However, the bar was out of most beverages, they asked patrons to re- use their bar glasses for their next drink (draft beer or other spirits) used that same cup to fill again at the draft beer spout and did not have adequate supply of most beverages. They ran out of half the beers with in the week we were there and these items were not replaced. I was shocked when the bar tender asked us to re- use our bar glass as many other were pressured to do. Not only does this alter the pour and head on the beer, but it also contaminates the beer tap that every beer is poured from. Huge health violations happening with the bar. This hotel is priced at a higher range but could definitely use updating to restrooms and general management of the food and beverage areas.

Parking was not complementary and we were charged $27.00 per night for parking in the garage next to the hotel. When I asked the employee checking me in where I might park for free, I was told I could park out on the street but he strongly recommended not doing that. For what they were charging for the room, I felt the parking could have been included. Had I known of the high parking fee, I would not have booked this hotel. I also felt the employee could have been slightly more empathetic. His answer to my question made me suspect the hotel is not in a great area and had I known that, I would not have booked a room in this hotel. Overall, these were my only complaints; However, they did leave a sour impression.

Not sure if I would stay here again.
It was just okay. Hot water in shower never came on. Lamps in room were not working either. Front desk just checked us in, handed me the room key and gave no directions on anything. Parking is $28/day for hotel guests. Was not aware of that until we checked in and there is no parking to speak of anywhere around hotel, so you have to pay it.

Nice and clean. Offered shuttle to BOK, although one driver refused saying “it’s sold out and can’t get close.” Asked another shuttle driver one minute later and he took us straight down to the BOK.
