Azul Beach Resort Negril, Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma

8/10 Good

"Great location, staff were very nice& helpful. Rooms were nice. The place may need a renovation soon but overall it was ok! My only complaint would be the food, I have been to many AI & not as much variety, very limited & not much flavour , the Ackee restaurant is Jamaican food but it's def not! Overall a 3.5 out of 5."

Samsara Cliff Resort

10/10 Excellent

"I hope I can manage this in 1500 words or less ha ha. First off, the staff at Samsara is incredible! Special shout out to Tina, she's an amazing, vibrant, glowing, happy young lady who make it evident that she loves her job. She is always smiling, friendly and happy. If there is a single member of the staff that made my trip special, it was Tina. Kimmy (Kimeiko I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong) is a wonderful young lady as well, understanding, helpful, kind and always has a few minutes to chat. Both these ladies truly love their job and they make every effort to get to know you. My room was incredible, the view nightly was breathtaking. Negril sunsets are like any other. The air conditioning blew ice cold in my room. The room was sufficiently clean (there was minor dust on a couple of surfaces but I noticed the cleaning staff works with patio doors open so some dust is bound to blow in being on the ocean). Toilet, clean, sink and shower were clean. No stains on the sheets, no funky smells and they left flower petals around for a special touch. I travel with medication that requires refrigeration and they were able to accommodate my request for a fridge. Jennifer at the front desk is kind, friendly and an all around pleasure to deal with. I CANNOT praise Samsara cliff resort enough! I've already booked my room for my birthday in the upcoming year in March for my birthday. Thank you so much Samsara for making my first trip to Jamaica memorable. See you soon!"

Royalton Hideaway Negril, An Autograph Collection® All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room , clean property , the best bartender Shantell . The only thing I didn’t like is the app never worked to book reservations for dinner and some days restaurants were closed"

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Good Hope?

The best time to go to Good Hope, Westmoreland, Jamaica, is during the dry season, which runs from December to April.

During these months, you'll experience consistently sunny weather and pleasant temperatures, typically in the high 20s Celsius. This makes it ideal for enjoying all the outdoor activities Good Hope offers, such as exploring the estate's grounds, enjoying the river, or relaxing by the pool. The lower humidity also adds to the comfort, ensuring a more enjoyable holiday.

Couples looking for a romantic escape will find this period perfect. The clear skies and warm evenings are wonderful for dining outdoors, taking leisurely strolls, and enjoying the estate's natural beauty without the interruption of rain. It's also the peak season, so all facilities and tours are fully operational and well-staffed.

Families travelling with children will also appreciate the dry season. The predictable good weather means less disruption to planned activities, ensuring children can fully enjoy the estate's adventures, from river tubing to the challenge course, without worry about downpours.
