Beach Cities Jacksonville Vacation Packages

The property was well maintained & rooms were clean, front desk staff was helpful when I requested clean towels & they were brought to our room in a timely manner. The hotel is close to everything 👍

Pool closed early. There was no rain or lightning. Pool never open back up.

The view was great, but the quality of the room was subpar for the price. The room consisted of furniture that looked like it was from the 70's, and nothing was updated except the vanities in the bathroom. It was terrible quality and not consistent with what you would expect from Omni. These units are individually owned but managed by Omni. It also was creepy that part of the condo unit was closed off, but there was a door from the balcony that led into the rest of the unit. That part of the condo appeared abandoned. I would not stay there again. We reported the feedback to the front desk and they were gracious enough and offered a partial credit for our stay. Also, there was a pile of trash that sat by the elevator for our entire stay (2 1/2 days). We reported that also when we left and the front desk was going to let housekeeping know.
