"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "What a beautiful room, with some upgrades that made our stay absolutely delightful! The one-of-a-kind artwork, the walk-in shower, the noise machine, the well stocked refrigerator, chocolates on the bed, along with clear instructions on how to operate the TV and the Nespresso machine were greatly appreciated. House slippers, clothing steamer, and 10x mirror were surprises that were also greatly appreciated. I don't travel much, so maybe these extras are what most travelers take for granted. I just know this hotel was an absolute pleasure. If we stop in this area again. We will definitely stay here again!"
"The house was adorable in a quiet neighborhood just outside Kennett Square. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we were only 5 min from the fields and 5 minutes from many dining options. The house was well stocked with what we needed to cook while we stayed and the rooms were comfortable. We had two families and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!"
"The Walton House is a great place to stay. Plenty of space with 2 1/2 baths and multiple bedrooms, and in a great location. It seems like everything in the house is high-end, especially in the kitchen. The hosts provided all the amenities (including provisions in the kitchen, paper products, etc.) that we could have asked for. Would certainly stay here again if back in the area."
