"There were 8 adults staying here. The view from the top floor is amazing. walking out directly to the beach from downstairs was awesome. The area is a bit secluded and away from all the main resort areas, but if you like that, it's amazing. We hung out at our beach most of the time. We even cooked dinner most nights here and just had a very relaxing vacation. There are local vendors that set up beach chairs very very close to this house's designated area. It wasn't too much of a hassle. There's a local security guard that looks out for the house and its occupants. There's also beach venders that sell food and even better Rum drinks and have full bar set ups. This ended up being the best part of the beach. The water is very shallow and calm and awesome to hang out in a floaty all day with drinks in your hand. I loved every minute of it. (We went to the beach just next to ours one day to check it out but it ended up being too boring and no rum drinks, so we came back!)"

"Cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sunset Point. Aside from the obvious- the location cannot be beat anywhere on the island for those looking to stay in the Taylor Bay/Sapodilla Bay Beach area. To be able to walk from the dock right to Taylor Bay beach through the water was incredible and the views (especially during the afternoons were some of the best on the island. It's very quiet and secluded, but also felt very safe as a gated property with security guards making rounds down the street at night. The property itself is spacious and nicely appointed, with more than enough for both cooking/grilling at the house and pool/beach accessories and toys. The layout is somewhat unusual with 3 of the bedrooms being separate units from the main house, however management was very clear and upfront about the layout before we booked and ultimately we had no trouble with it. Equally as impressive as the location and views were Julian and the team at Island Management, our primary contact for the property. Their communication and responsiveness was incredible, from check-in all the way though the length of our stay. We never waited more than 2 minutes for a response and they always addressed our needs immediately. Granted they weren't extensive but it was great knowing they were there and reliable if and when needed. Again, I cannot stress enough how amazing the location and views are at Sunset Point, and may family and I are already planning our return trip."

"My husband and I had our three young adults along with partners for a total of seven. The pool and yard are awesome. Sapodilla beach is so close and beautiful. Even Las Barisas was fantastic and if we had more time we would have taken advantage of their platoon boat cruise in the Chalk Sound! We did quite a few excursions; jet skiing, horseback riding, snorkel tour, sunset cruise, fishing charter Plus we did day passes - once at Club Med (great deal) plus a flight to South Caicos with Sailrock Resort. We all really enjoyed ourselves. A real treat!"

"Even though we are on the side of the island that is away from the hussle and bussle of Queens Bay. It is the perfect area for private beaches with peace and quiet. Prepped (a must) taxi pickup and drop off the day before since we wanted to spend the entire day at Queens Bay, took about 30 mins with traffic. Neptune villa has the most beautiful views and if you need away from people, they are the place for you. Be prepared to go get groceries or snacks before hand. The restaraunt on the property is delicious and good if you're not looking to leave. No grocery store is near there, the gas station does have necessities if need be. The restaraunts are close by and exceptional. Met amazing locals and evedyone is chill and laid back. "

"If you want the perfect beach away from grace bay traffic this is it. We loved every second of being here. The more we would venture out the more we just wanted to go back to the house to hang. It has everything you need from jet skis to beach bars but it’s like you have it to yourself. Can’t say enough good things about this home."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The management company was very professional, very organized and took great care of us. We even got a flat tire on the island and I was able to reach out to him and he quickly jumped in to help. The property is amazing a little bit smaller than the pictures will lead on but a beautiful spot that is secluded Phils private, and one that I would absolutely recommend renting again."
