"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront property in Turks and Caicos. Our group included four families with young children, and the house was perfect for all of us.The property was spotless when we arrived and clearly very well maintained. Everything felt fresh, clean, and in excellent condition. The layout worked beautifully for multiple families — plenty of space for everyone to spread out, while still having great common areas where we could gather together.The beachfront location truly made the trip special. Being able to walk straight out to the sand each morning with the kids was unbeatable. It made beach days effortless and relaxing for both parents and little ones.The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. It’s rare to find a property that feels both luxurious and family-friendly, but this one absolutely delivered.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to other families traveling together."

"We had a great time at Off The Grid. We had communicated with both Tim, the owner, and Cady, the property manager, before we arrived. They were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. View from the house was spectacular… Very hard to believe the water is really that aqua and that clear! They have air-conditioning throughout the house, which is very nice. Also, the beach access is another wonderful benefit. Our first time to Turks and Caicos, and we certainly enjoyed ourselves. "

"Royal Palms villa was absolutely perfect for our small family and we will certainly be back! Enough space to spread out and the amenities were perfect. The firepit and pool were wonderful, the beds comfortable, the private dock was great to watch a sunrise (or two) on, and the privacy was wonderful. Added bonus the home had Sonos speakers through both inside an out which made out time outside even more fun. Highly recommend this home if looking for a rental for a small group!"

"Vacation for a week with 4 couples. The home is as advertised. Decently close to town, the drive to grace bay did get a little old. That is where the activities and most of the restaurants are. However, omars was a great stop and close. Did not get into chalk sound since there was a step missing on the stairs. We used the pool, kitchen, common area, ping pong table, tvs, and pool. "
