#### Grace Bay Ocean Villas

Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.

It’s was nice stay here and stuffs were so friendly. It’s little far from the main locations for activities but we enjoyed staying here. Everything was so nice and perfect.

Beautiful villas in a great location with excellent staff. Walking distance to some good restaurants and the beach. The only real downside is that Turtle Cove is blindingly overlit and so is the beach, killing what should be a very charming nighttime vibe.

The villa was quaint and clean and had all the requirements we need. The pool was just steps from our door which was great. And even with other villas occupied we felt like we were the only ones there.

What a peaceful villa in close proximity to dining (8min walk) and a short drive (8min drive) to even more dining options and shopping. A very quick 2 min walk to the private beach was also amazing! We enjoyed our stay here, and it was kept very clean. Housekeepers were phenomenal and would lightly clean daily. Pool and common areas were also tidy. Highly recommend!

Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas needs to be on your target list of exceptional facilities if you want a romantic spot for vacationing. The Villas have everything you want/need and the grounds are pristine and relaxing. A paved walkway to your private beach from which you can walk 20 minutes west to Smiths Reef or 40 Minutes east to the Bite – both great snorkeling. Have meals in your Villa (Great IGA a short drive away)or dine on Conch at the Shark Bite and other restaurants only a 7 minute walk from the Villa. A Side Note: We managed to leave our iPhone behind by mistake and the management/staff team tracked us down for its return - - just a commentary on the tone of the Villas Team.

Our Villa was secluded enough for privacy, yet others were close enough to be able to meet other people. We had all the necessities to be able to cook our own meals. A swimming pool, close by. Large verandas to relax, with an outdoor dinning room. It was air conditioned and had ceiling fans. Our two bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Overall I would recommend the resort to all. And we were a five minute walk to a private beautiful, clean beach. Thanks to management for a wonderful stay.

I would have given 5 stars but office manager wasn’t always accessible. The water would also go in and out at random times so we didn’t have water for showers. I did like that the beach was private and it’s a one minute walk. It was very quiet and secluded in comparison to the resorts. Very clean as well and we had our own pool. Would still highly recommend it. Wish the AC was stronger in the room as well.

We stayed at the Hibiscus Villa with a family of 4\. Very clean and comfortable. The property is very well maintained. The pool is perfect. The short walk to the private beach was the best. The beach is beautiful with loungers and umbrellas for our use. The water is so clear you could see for miles. We snorkeled right off the beach and found numerous reefs along the way to smith reef. We would highly recommend these villas and will stay there again when we visit Turks and Caicos. Luz (property manager) is the ultimate BEST She was always there to help us or answer questions such a sweetheart. Jose( elite luxury transportation) was awesome. If you don’t rent a car, go with Jose until next time TCI

#### A bit dated, but recommended!

We stayed in the Magnolia Villa, which was the cheapest. I’d recommend one of the more expensive villas. The property was dated and missing some creature comforts, like lamps (the only lights were overhead bright lights) and wall artwork. But it was clean, cool, close to the beach, with great staff. We lost wifi for a full day, but they were quick to fix it. The pool is just a lap pool, but the chairs there and chairs and umbrellas on the private beach were great! If you want daily cleaning, you have to ask for it. Late September is a great time to go to this location! If you can, splurge for one of the more expensive villas.

First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore. The villa was great, clean and had everything we needed. The use of the grills at the pool was great for us when we didn't want to eat out. Great coffee shop and restaurants near by. The grocery store was a 10 minute drive. Everything was so convenient and the on-site manager was fantastic. We can't thank her enough. Wi-Fi was more than adequate as I was able to work remotely without any issues. The villa itself was great! The outdoor patio was great for us to dry our snorkel and scuba gear on. The covered balcony was wonderful to sit out in the morning or evening and enjoy coffee or a late night cocktail. We utilized the full kitchen every day and the A/C was very welcomed. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas.

It was the off season so it was very peaceful and quiet. The private beach is beautiful and calm. The destination is a bit remote, so a car is necessary. There was a lack of communication, I emailed and messaged 4 days prior to check-in with no response. The property is located in a warm and humid climate - and since there are no stores nearby - the least you could they could do is provide a few bottles of water in each villa (I asked other guests and they had no water provided either) My room wasn’t serviced ONCE during my 3 day stay. I asked for a 1 hour late check out due to my flight delay and the property seemed pretty much empty and was told no. I hadn’t seen another guest in 2 days!!! Travelling alone and without a vehicle it would have been nice to have a bit better customer service. I travel VERY often and I’ve been to over 90 countries and while I liked the property - the customer service left a lot to be desired. Would not stay there again.
