Sunsets, views, private pool, kayaks & more! Sapphire Sunsets Beach Villa is a newly renovated luxury villa right on beautiful Sapodilla Beach in Providenciales. Situated just 50 feet from the water, breathtaking views of the ocean and beach abound from the house and pool deck. Dramatic tall glass doors in the living areas open completely to invite the most incredible aqua and blue hues of the water right into the house. Ten paces from the pool deck takes you to the softest and whitest sand beach you can imagine, boasting calm gin clear waters. The villa and beach both face west, providing amazing sunset opportunities every night. Sapodilla Beach offers watersports rentals and has a lively and fun Caribbean vibe. It is one of the most popular beaches on the island, a favorite of both tourists and locals alike. Located in the prestigious residential area of Chalk Sound, Sapphire Sunsets Beach Villa offers everything you might need for a wonderful vacation with family and friends – from a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and well-appointed bedroom suites to a 50-foot curving edge pool with areas for both adults and children. Welcome to our beautiful paradise! Interior Living Area: The open concept living area faces the ocean and is bright and airy. Paintings from local artists grace the walls. The entry hall and living room have soaring 18-foot ceilings, arched columns, and dramatic oversized glass doors that open completely to the beautiful views of the pool and ocean beyond. The gourmet kitchen has custom wood cabinetry locally made on the island, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. There is also an outdoor gas grill, perfect for meals when you wish to dine at the house and enjoy the best views on Provo right from your own table. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable, BluRay/DVD player, Google TV, and stereo, with speakers located in the living areas and outside on the pool deck. Bedrooms: Inside the villa, you’ll find five well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has two queen beds, a wall of sliding glass doors with a garden view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds that can also be made up as a king, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #4 has one queen bed, and Bedroom #5 has a twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed underneath. Bedrooms #4 and #5 are configured as a family suite and share an en suite bathroom. Please note bedroom #5 does not have its own independent access to the living areas, and can only be accessed through bedrooms 1 or 4\. Baby items: A portable crib, high chair, booster seat (for eating), bed rails, and small children’s bathtub are at the house and available to guests with young children. Pool and Beach: A curving edge 50-foot-long pool is a true architectural feature, and sits between the villa and the beach. There is a shallow section of the pool perfect for wading or young children, and a deeper section for adults. Part of the pool is also covered to provide shade, and a water feature at one end of the pool creates a natural soothing rhythm. Beautiful Sapodilla Beach has a lively and fun Caribbean vibe, with watersports rentals offered right on the beach. Sapodilla Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island, a favorite of both tourists and locals alike. The water is a mere 50 feet from the villa, and a native stone pathway leads you ten paces from our pool deck down to the softest and whitest sand you have ever encountered. The calm waters are gin clear, and only a foot or two deep out to about 100 feet from shore. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided, as well as complimentary use of our two sea kayaks and two stand up paddle boards. Air conditioning: Though the trade winds and ceiling fans typically keep the villa at a comfortable temperature, air conditioning is available in each of the bedrooms as well as the living areas. To encourage conservation, air conditioning is metered separately and charged back to guests at prevailing electricity rates. Typical guest air conditioning bills for using the air conditioning at night in the bedrooms run $150-$300 per week, Arrival Greeting and Property Manager on Call: Guests will be greeted upon arrival at the villa by a representative of Island Escapes, our on-island property management company, and given an orientation to the villa's features and amenities. Our fabulous husband and wife property manager team, Julian and Dinesh, will be available to you throughout your stay to answer local questions, make recommendations on dining and activities, and address any problems that may arise. We want our guests to have a truly fantastic vacation, and we're here to assist you with both your vacation planning and on-island needs! If you require concierge services to assist with making dining reservations and excursion and spa bookings (dinners, excursions, etc.), we can refer you to a concierge services business on island. Please note our villa can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults. We are a Saturday to Saturday villa and rent in one-week increments only. We do all our bookings ourselves and only accept payment through the VRBO system. We do not accept wire transfers. Incredible home design with heated pool just one step outside and 20 more steps to the beach. Kids spent most days going between SUP and kayaks in the ocean to playing in the pool. We had a chef cook for us throughout the week and hired a driver to take us to Grace bay, mango clear kayak tour and a day on a private catamaran snorkeling and site seeing. We saw dolphins, squid, reef sharks, fish and turtles on our tour. There were several airings of rays right in sapodilla bay on various days. The children loved the spectacular pool right outside the door and the close proximity to the beautiful sandy beach and calm water. Waking up to the spectacular view every morning was a dream! When our coffee pot wasn’t working someone came in 10 minutes to replace it! We had 3 families, 6 adults, 4 kids ranging 4 months to 9 years old. It was the perfect amount of space for that family size and we easily could have had another family join. Because we had small children we were a little worried about the safety knowing there was a pool and ocean within steps from the home. The Vrbo could not have been more perfect to ease our worries…. Every door had a lock on it that the kids were unable to unlock on their own. The pool had 3 sections (baby section, toddler section, adult section) which allowed our non swimmers to still enjoy playing in the shallow end. This house was also equipped with many fridges outside / sound systems inside and out / outdoor lighting for night time and made us all want to come back without the kids next time :) The beach itself is incredible, and perfect for young kids as it remains shallow for a long distance. There were more than enough beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, beach toys, beach towels for us to use. Other guests commented about the beach vendors, we did not find them to be disruptive. While they were playing music, the Vrbo is distant enough that it is a faint sound. There were 3 washer dyer systems that allowed us to pack light. Each room had its own AC unit. Because it is such a calm area, we were able to spend the majority of the trip in the ocean/on the beach. The covered part of the pool was also a plus for the afternoon it rained. Julian was very welcoming and responsive when we needed help. The only negative was the abundant mosquitos, which was noted in the documents provided in advance. A suggestion to provide candles or something of the sort to deter the pests when enjoying the outdoors would've been appreciated. We had bug spray, as suggested, but anything additional would help. Overall, it was amazing. We do girl trips every few years and we all agreed this was the best one yet! Thank you for making your home available to us. We hope to visit again soon. ##### traci t. The house was wonderful and had plenty of room for 3 separate families. The upstairs deck is where we would enjoy our coffee each morning and the beach is truly incredible. Perfect water for kids. Julian was great to work with for the check in process and was happy to answer any questions we had. There are vendors pretty close by that play music through the day and sometimes that could be a little off putting, but the tci bar makes amazing fresh drinks so there are some perks. The only real negative we had were the mosquitos but they had a big tropical storm the week before and I’m guessing that contributed to extra mosquitos. We were celebrating my husbands birthday with friends, and the house worked out perfectly. Check in was seamless, and Julian and Faye were just a text away for any questions. The beautiful beach, relaxing pool with SO many floats, and rooftop deck were our favorite places to hang out. We also enjoyed the fire table in the evening after dinner. Paddle boarding and kayaking in the morning when we had the beach to ourselves was also super relaxing. We didn’t frequent the bars down the beach, but their music was a nice addition. The only thing we didn’t expect was how busy the beach was on several days. It is a public beach, so to be expected I guess. The villa was extremely comfortable, well equipped for cooking, and had amazing views of Sapodilla Bay. EVERYTHING about this property is amazing. We were in contact with Julian as soon as we landed. He welcomed us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know about our accommodations. It was incredibly easy to make ourselves at home and settle in for our stay. The VRBO pics don’t due it justice. The beach and cove are absolutely beautiful 24/7\. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards too. Usually we are ready to head home at the end of a vacation but we were all saddened to leave Sapphire Sunsets. ##### Barb R. Food and drink shack ConchyConchy 2 is right on the beach and lots of fun.We bought pool toys but didn’t need them as a lot were already there . Hardly used AC even in late April as the cool night winds were fine . Roof deck for stargazing at night is incredible .Villa has 3 washers and driers and 3 fridges . The check-in process was great because we met Julian, the property manager, who gave us a quick overview of the house. Julian was very responsive to all of our questions throughout the stay.The house is as described in the listing. It's lovely and comfortable. The kids utilized the pool from sunrise to sunset almost daily. There is ample outdoor seating, and the rooftop deck is perfect for morning coffee and beautiful pictures! Access to the bay is steps away. We loved being so close to the beach and having our own beach chairs and umbrellas!It was also nice to have a mid-week house cleaning. Beautiful shallow bay! The beach does get a little busy but didn't bother us at all. Plenty of beach chairs dedicated to the house and lot so shade on the patio. House was clean and is like the pictures. One big plus is the way the house is situated so the pool and beach are out of the wind. It was windy all week on the island but it never impacted us at our beach and pool. We really enjoyed spending time in the shallow water on our beach, enjoying the sunset from the deck, pool and spending time in the pergola. Rooms were nice but you don’t spend much time in them. We went to a few restaurants and enjoyed Bobs and Omar’s the best. Finally the private boat excursion with Doc and LJ was great and gave us a different perspective of the island. You can get their contact info from the VRBO host. The only potential negative is the beach has public access so occasionally others sit in your beach chairs but the security does a good job kicking them out so it’s not a big deal. The house was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Julian was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. The location of the house is right on the beach, which is crowded (we were there over Christmas so might have been the time of year), but the home comes with lounge chairs and we had plenty of the beach to ourselves.
