« I am originally from The Bahamas and spent every Easter as a child in Rock Sound with my grandparents. My wife and I decided to spend Easter this year with my family. The property is full of history, having been part of the Rock Sound Club started by Arthur Vining Davis. Karen has done an absolutely remarkable job renovating this part of the property - everything from the flooring to the landscaping, interior design...it was all so clean and looked new. AC in the rooms, fridge, good water...

« My stay at the Pilot House was nothing but amazing. Karen, the owner, was very responsive to messages, making sure I found the place easily and providing great recommendations around the Island. The rooms are newly renovated with a luxury hotel feeling. Staying at the pilot house was above expectations. Looking forward to staying there again. »

« Took my son (8) here for Spring Break and he never left the water park from 8 am - 5 pm… needless to say this place was a hit. I felt completely comfortable sitting by the pool while he swam the lazy river and went down the slides. Lifeguards were everywhere and to get on and off the beach required the wrist band. »
