Cozy apartment Vinea
Our apartment is located in a central and quiet residential area, ideally located in the south of South Tyrol between the center of Eppan and Kaltern am See. There is a small lawn, reserved parking space and a garage for bicycles (with a socket for e-bikes). The most popular destinations such as B. the Montiggler forest lakes (bathing lakes) and the numerous castles and palaces are easily accessible on foot, by car or by public transport (bus stop 300 m, bike path 500 m away). In the immediate vicinity there is a large bike shop with bike rental. Appiano is a paradise for bikers and hikers. Look forward to relaxing days in the 70 m2, modern apartment, consisting of two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with living room and a large bathroom.

Haus am Berg
Die Wohnung war modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet aber sehr kalt. Draußen war es wärmer als in der Wohnung. Das Haus lag am höchsten Punkt des Berges und daher mit Hund nicht zu empfehlen, da es keine gassi Möglichkeit gab. Man musste erst den kompletten Berg runter das man dann wieder ganz hoch musste. Der Garten war zum mitbenutzen, aber leider keine Polster für die Gartenmöbel, dass finde ich nicht ok bei dem Preis. Für Leute mit kleinen Ansprüchen ist es aber ok.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, alle Geräte und Geschirr sind vorhanden und sauber. Die Sauberkeit überzeugt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist nicht so perfekt, das Quartier/Umgebung und Zufahrt haben uns nicht so gefallen. Sitzplatz mit Blick auf Garageplatz. Uebers ganze aber gut und empfehlenswert.

Schöne, moderne ruhige Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten wunderbare Tage. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und ruhig in der Nähe zu Bozen und anderen Ausflugszielen. Der Ort Eppan ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hat uns alles geboten, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Il soggiorno è stato ottimale sotto tutto i punti di vista, appartamento spazioso, luminoso e accogliente con vista sui vigneti e la vallata. Massima silenziosità. Facilmente raggiungibile Bolzano ed altre mete interessanti

Mit Hund ist die Umgebung nicht so gut musste immer mit dem Auto gehen ausser am Morgen es hat fast keine Grün Fläche und am Tag musst du Angst haben bei jedem Haus kommen Schäferhunde und oder Kampfhunde ans Tor dass
Ich und meinem Hund nicht so gefallen hatte.sonst war alles bestens Wetter Wohnung Essen Super lg D.Radchle
