Cheap Flights from Vancouver (YVR) to Smithers (YYD) from CA $268

My servie and experience with Expedia leading up to the flight was not good. I would appreciate a call back from a customer service rep. for further details (1 778 210 1765). I have booked many flights with Expedia in the past and have never had any major issues. This flight was booked on-line and was incorrectly put into the system. One week prior to the flight, I called wondering why I did not get a confirmation email. It took many hours on the phone to try to sort this out and I could not sleep for a couple of nights due to the fact that an Expedia rep. on the phone repeatedly told me my flight was not in the system and that instead, a flight for a different day, with two destinations listed for two cities in another country (!!!) were all that could be found in the system. I had to call Air Canada directly (which included about an hour of "hold" time on the phone), to sort out the problem, before I could call Expedia back to clarify matters.
