"Staff was friendly. 2-bedroom suite was perfect and housekeeping took good care of us."

"My 2 daughters and I stayed one night, it was the worst experience from the start. After waiting 40 min to check in, we were giving room 101. Immediately upon entering we were hit with a smell of B.O. Every surface in that room was dusty, there were dead flies on the window sill, the bathroom shower had mildew, the mini fridge was dirty, and to top it off there was a metal rod sticking out from under one of the beds that was covered by the bed skirt, which my youngest daughter did not see (no one could) and walked into, cutting her shin. I immediately complained and we were switched rooms and refunded the cost of our stay, which I will say was a nice surprise. The second room, although it was much cleaner was still not what I would consider “clean”. I disinfected everything I could and after wiping down the bathroom counter the disinfectant wipe was black! Unfortunately it gets worse. As my daughters and I were getting ready for bed, I’m undressing, one of my daughters is using the bathroom, a man walked into our room. The front desk had assigned him the same room we were in. This was extremely upsetting and very unsettling, my eldest daughter cried because she felt so scared and uncomfortable being there. The front desk did the bare minimum to handle that situation, to be honest I don’t know what I was expecting because we had already been refunded the stay but there were some HUGE safety concerns here. I did not feel safe. Do not stay here!"

"The wifi was decent and the room was always clean when we came back from a day out. The nighttime lady running the bar and restaurant was the highlight of the trip she was truly amazing! "

"It was very disappointing that the pool was unable to use as that’s the reason why I stay in that hotel. We had to walk over with two kids The other thing was the double charged me for my hotel and gave me troubles with booking. Wasn’t impressed "

"This is my 4th time staying at this place. This is my favourite place to stay in Toronto. The rooms are spotless, and I really like the private parking. The bar and restaurant are both excellent. The staff are warm, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure you’re well taken care of. The ventilation is also great, so the rooms feel fresh and comfortable even the next day."

"The dishwasher was disgusting. There was garbage in there and dishes from the last person or whoever. Who knows how long that was in there. The one bathroom shower, the tub kept plugging up. I checked the drains there was so much hair in there. It was so gross. Definitely not worth the money I paid. The ceiling in the hallways are all brown on the sides too. There is no hot tub, and they cut off breakfast at 9:30am which is too early. Should be 10am. The place also smelled, had to buy air feshners. Unsure if it’s the carpet or what. But there was a smell to the room. "

"The breakfast was not good. It also had a weird policy where you hadve to get a coupn at desk first. All there is to eat is bread and its stale."
