"Dirty Carpets with stain and a foul odor,, marijuana smell throughout the entire building,, elevator didnt have air conditioning,, couldn't get 2 towels,, wash told i had to wash out the towels i had in the laundry, i will bever stay at this hotel again, nor will i recommend anyone else to either,, very low class!!!"

"Staff at this hotel was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was on top of things. Evening front desk was very helpful and the woman that was managing breakfast was super friendly and very much on top of everything. General manager walked around during breakfast to check in on everyone. Hotel was also very clean with spacious rooms. We just stayed one night as a road trip stopover, but if we are in the area again we would seek out this place. "
"The front staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. The hotel and room were so clean! The beds were so comfy my kids and I slept until almost check out time. The pool was small but fun and relaxing after at day at Carowinds. I would highly recommend staying here. "
