There were red flags the minute I arrived. First, the area was sketchy. The parking lot seemed iffy at best safety wise. Check reviews about broken windows and theft. I did later and was shocked. Got there for check in well after room was supposed to be ready @ 3pm that was problematic. Next, elevator stopped working on the 2nd floor and I had to drag my luggage up 4 flights of stairs to the 6th floor. Got to room decided to just look on the bright side. I had a jetted tub I could use after the concert I drove to Charlotte for. I needed to shower and get ready now. AND, no hot water whatsoever. I let water run, waited. I tried every part of the dial with ample time for water to get adjusted. Nope! I HAD to take a cold shower. I even checked the faucet for tube to see if any warm water would come out...nothing but cold. Major Bummer! After my cold shower I tried to call the front desk. Phone didn't work. I tried multiple times. Again, nothing. I quickly dressed and looked out the window. Saw a couple transient folks cruising and yelling around the back parking close to University blvd entry. I had a sinking feeling. If I got back to this hotel late and had to park out there my car might get messed with. AND no hot jet tub. Everything added up to major disappointment. I didn't feel comfortable or safe. I packed back up, figured I'd cut my losses and checked out! Ended up driving home after my concert. Decided not to take anymore chances at this hotel. Sad! 👎Time & $$ 👎

Elevators and ice machines didn’t work the front desk (receptionist) was never in a professional mode the way they dressed spoke and acknowledged the guest I though the receptionist was talking to me and she was on the phone and told me hold on stuck her finger up signal one to wait while she is on the phone the continental breakfast I did not eat area was not clean and hard to communicate cause I don’t speak English neither did they and parking lot was full of glass and transients walking around one man slept in the lobby for two nights kids running up down hallway loud it was just miserable and you guys charged me 35 extra for what

Upon entering the hotel there were people smoking marajuana or delta 8 right by the entrance. I reserved a room with a king bed, yet at check in the host informed us that they gave our room away and they offered us a room with two queens. We asked about a discount to which she denied us. The elevator was not working properly so we had to carry our luggage up and down stairs. Also the pool was shut down due to problems. There was a smoke smell to our room which was covered up with air freshener. Carpet was stained up and there were bugs in the bathroom and rusty toilet paper holders. There were hairs left in the shower before we used it. We were very disappointed in this hotel.

This is the worst experience I’ve had in your hotel this far. The door looks like it has been broken/busted into, the couch appears to have a knife cut/stab and there is a how in the wall next to the couch. Additionally, each time I’ve stayed here, I’ve had the ability to digitally adjust the temperature in the room- which is not a feature available in this room (room 616). Not to mention the elevator being broken currently. I plan to never stay here again as each time I have stayed, not only the customer service but the room quality has gone way downhill. Not to mention having to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs…never again

It was a one night stay. Very Clean room. Good breakfast. I would stay there again. To Management fix the hole in the wooden fence around parking lot maybe 3or4 boards total.No need for an easy access from vagrants wandering through the parking lot. Otherwise i would had given 5 star review
