« Hotel was great. Charlotte just sucks. The public in Charlotte are just rude. Lady guest at the hotel yelled at room service to “Stay out of my room” install of politely asking. Charlotte is just a nasty city in general and I wouldn’t feel safe anywhere after dark. We went to Great Wolf Lodge which by the way is absurdly expensive for what it is. But we all know why it’s that way, it’s to keep the problem people out. Which seems to be the majority of Charlotte. »

« This was the best location! It was within walking distance to Cookout, Sonic, Texas Roadhouse, Waffle House, and more! The staff were in credibly nice: I think it was Ms. Lori (the nice blonde receptionist), who was a delight to talk to and was so very helpful! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was actually really good (pancakes, eggs, cinnamon rolls, fruit, cereal, sausage, etc.). I would stay here again! »

« Such a friendly team! Britney was a total sweetheart and helped me get settled (and fixed my locked bathroom) right away. The room was clean and a great value, though the location is definitely a "car-only" spot since there aren't many sidewalks or shops nearby. Just a heads up: they don't do daily room cleanings or refill shower gel automatically, so you'll need to ask the front desk if you need anything! »
