The hotel was excatly as pictured, clean and the room was excatly what we need two beds and pull out sofa. Breakfast was hot and very good. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if needed.

A very nice quiet place that was clean and had a modern bathroom with a good shower. The coffee is grind and brew and is delicious. The breakfast offered was very adequate and had fresh made breakfast foods, breads and fruit. The parking lot was monitored and felt safe and secure. Good restaurants nearby.

Excellent Customer Service – Precious Made Our Stay Exceptional! I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Charlotte, North Carolina. After traveling for approximately four hours, it was such a pleasure to arrive and immediately feel welcomed. Precious, the front desk attendant, provided exceptional customer service from the moment we walked through the door. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Her beautiful attitude and attention to detail immediately set a positive tone for our entire stay. Precious was very knowledgeable about the hotel and our room, and she also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. She patiently answered our questions and even helped with information about the wonderful fragrance and fresh smell we noticed in the room. Customer service is extremely important to me, and Precious demonstrated exactly what outstanding hospitality should look like. She did more than simply check us into a hotel, she made us feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated as guests. I sincerely hope Holiday Inn Express management and corporate leadership recognize Precious for her gracious personality, professionalism, kindness, and dedication to providing excellent service. Employees like her are the reason guests return. Our stay was definitely worth it, and because of the exceptional service we received, I will gladly continue choosing Holiday Inn Express for future stays.
