Pool's are clean and peaceful Isabella thanks for wonderful service will definitely be coming back thanks for everything ENCANTO HACIENDA ALSO HAVE BEAUTIFUL CHURCH!!!

Staff was friendly and well trained. Massage with Iris was great, very professional girl. This hotel located on the Harbour, many big and small boats are in the area, smell of gas , loud music, non stop party around, basically it were sleepless nights! As soon as we arrived the sales guy from XPal Club was trying to take advantage of us, we were tired, did not give us a chance to check in and get to our room . I will not recommend to my friends this hotel!

The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time

The facility itself is amazing. The staff is phenomenal. The service is top tier. The spa is the best. The beach is beautiful but current/waves were strong. It’s a quick golf cart ride to the beach and other restaurants/facilities. The food was okay.

The property outside was well maintained. The unit we stayed in was very beautiful & it was obvious the staff does a great job keeping the kitchen well stocked with flatware, pots/pans, & several high-end appliances. Having a washer & dryer allowed us to bring carry-on bag for a few days of clothes. We just wash them our stuff using the laundry detergent that;s included. The balcony has a high-end BBQ grill that's east to us along with a large couch & a table to dine while watching the Golf of California waters. With three large pools, your choice is good you'll be able to just hang out. Love this place!!!
