We just returned from a relaxing week at this resort. It seemed new... very clean, nice, and not overcrowded. We spent most of our time at the adult pool. There was always chairs and umbrellas available without having to stake them out early. Very private beach (not swimmable, like most of Cabo), we saw whales almost daily from the pool/beach. Close enough to walk to marina if you want to go to the Oxxo or grab a local lunch. We Ubered to town for dinners for about 70-85 pesos ($4-5). Very nice, quiet, private resort. My only complaints are that I wish they played music at the pool, and we did not get our Marriot Titanium benefits because we booked the Expedia. If you have Marriott status, book directly through the resort.
