We were there for a hockey tournament and it was nice to be close to the rinks and all shopping and dining. The host is very responsive and accomodating. I can't say the stay is perfect though. There is some noise from the upstairs and heating system but it's very minimal and didn't bother us. The beds are foam mattresses which are decent. Would be nice to have some board games and playing cards. I also asked for housekeeping 1 day and they didn’t do it. They only clean the room upon request: what’s the point of going into a hotel if room is not cleaned daily? - location: convenient with a shopping centre close to the hotel. However, it is noisy as it’s really close to the highway. - hotel: staff is friendly except housekeeping sometimes who where not saying hello or any smile (we are human). The pool is very small and contains a lot of chemicals which hurts the eyes and nose if you stay to much in it. - room: bed is not really comfortable. Size is correct.
