I was greeted by the owner. He was very knowledgable about the history of the inn. They have kept all the original finishes. He was also very helpful getting me a taxi to Gillette stadium which is close by. The room was clean and cool. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was totally delicious - french toast stuffed with raspberries, and very good coffee.
