"I booked a room with King bed. They put me in a room with 2 queens without letting me know. There was no "Welcome to the Hilton" Extremely poor customer service. It is always nice to be greeted. Not at this location. Only asked for license and credit card. Upon Check out no one asked how the stay was or thank you for staying Only "All Set" I will never stay at this hotel again.
