This was a wonderful surprise to find this little gem in Holyoke! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was firm and the breakfast was very nice! The only negative I could see is the elevator is a bit slow...but that really isn't even a big deal! Had a great stay and will return!

Housekeeping was hit or miss, one day they changed out towels, did not make the bed. Another day they did both. Unsure. Room was sandy so no sweeping done. Both the heater and the fireplace were incredibly loud, the heater making ticking noises that kept waking me up. Overall, the stay was fine. Would maybe stay here again but wouldn't pay to upgrade to fireplace room. Pool and hot tub seemed clean. Gym did not have sanitizing spray from what I saw.

Breakfast was in a tight area but was fairly good. The staff was really helpful, but no one shows up until 9AM at the front desk, so that was awkward sometimes. Overall however this hotel is really nice. I would have no qualms staying there again; in fact, I would choose it.

Not as pictured. Had to ask for another room. Stains on the tiny, vinyl like, sofa and really uncomfortably decorated. Bed was clean enough to sleep in and seemed on the newer side. Seems like they are slowly renovating and maybe we got an old room? Bathroom was really old and overall, the room was sparse and worn down. Breakfast was inedible, coffee was sub par. Will not stay there again

I personally loved everything about the hotel. You walked in and it was very clean and the staff was super friendly and very informative. The room was very clean and spacious and the Wi-Fi was fast and there was no buffering. The breakfast was really nice and yummy. There were free, orange juice and 24 hour hot chocolate and coffee which I liked. The hot tub was amazing on my joints and in the hot tub. There was a view of the window that faced the sun so you can see the sunset from inside. The TV channels were nice there is Family Guy or South Park or Futurama to watch if you’re bored. I kinda hoped that there was YouTube on the TV but that’s OK. There is a stove top and a sink and a fridge for you to use which I thought was really neat. And it came with plates and silverware and glasses that you could use and wash which I thought was so nice. My only complaint was that the air conditioner was controlled by the wall thermostat and for some reason it would not cool down the setting would either only allow to turn it on or off or heat. There was no cooling option except for a fan. There was no fan in the bathroom, but that’s OK.

Stayed over Easter weekend for visit with my granddaughter, very comfortable room, great wifi a d very clean. Restaurant next door was convenient for meals, . The pool, hot tube looked very inviting, but didn't bring a bathing suit. Breakfast room was also nice to have, serving a well thought out menu. My only thought that was negative was the entrence was hard to find. Would stay there again and bring my bathing suit.

If you have a kid at one of the five colleges and you are looking for a good place to stay a night or two for a reasonable price, this is a very good option. Nice sized rooms, clean, well maintained and friendly staff.

We had a very pleasant stay at D Hotel. Very excellent customer service from the front desk staff. The room is nice and was roomier than we'd expected.
