"This is the worst hotel for families with Kids. We could smell weed on the Hotel Campus. It is close to the expressway, so it is very noisy all night. The staff does not smile while checking out. I guess you get what you pay for. Literally for another 40 bucks, there are better hotels nearby. "

We were going to be charged an additional fee, but through a conversation it was deemed to be withdrawn. Though this may se to be minor, customer service like this is so important and we were made to feel valued. "The resort was disappointing and the wait to check in was ridiculous. The staff was too busy playing and not attentive. It took 45 minutes to get a pizza from the restaurant and they forgot my order and had to remake it. The elevator was malfunctioning and a lot and there was on one for several guest. The room was stinky and it was damages on the floor and only like 3 towels. I will never stay there again."

"Check in and out process was smooth. Very secure property no one is allowed on the premises unless they are supposed to be there. Room was very nice."

"Everything was great! Went for a concert at the HOB and it was convenient to have the bus shuttle to Disney Springs. We had to walk back after the concert however because we missed the last bus back to the hotel. But it is still close enough that it wasn’t that bad! This hotel has such great value for all that you get! Will definitely come back!"
