"Was very crowded and the buses to Universal were not organized at all. We lost hours waiting on buses to take us to the parks."

"Room was clean hot tub was relaxing. The pool was nice very very kid friendly so just be mindful, especially to those adults that want to go to the pool for relaxation. Expect a lot of kids the only caveat I would say negative if anything would simply just have to be two things one. I’m not sure if it was just my specific room, but the AC unit is loud and a sense of it will make random loud noises while it runs and secondly, the pillows can be very, very uncomfortable and very stiff"
