Search Chalets in Whitecap from CA $116

This is a "happy place" for me. They have excellent grilled food, and the rooftop pool is amazing (but sometimes lacks sufficient chairs).

The guy who checked us in was so incredibly friendly and kind to my kids. The kids loved the pool, breakfast was fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again in the future!

The staff were so friendly and the room was awesome. My little one had a blow out and I asked for clean sheets, someone came to our room and changed the sheets, made both beds, and asked if we needed anyting, all while not once making a face about the horrendous smell of the diaper blow out. The room was amazing, especially when travelling with little ones. It had a big kitchen sink to was bottles in, a full sized fridge, dishes, cutlery, and a microwave. It was so cozy and comfortable. It...

Full Kitchen inside the room was awesome. A hot jet tub beside the pool would have been perfect. Overall it was great. Would come back next time.

My first time staying at this hotel and it was excellent. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very comfortable and located very close to everything we needed. Two thumbs up!

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we loved it! It was very clean, the beds and bedding were so comfortable, the additional sink was very handy, and having no carpet in the room was the best! It was fantastic having a microwave, fridge and safe in the room. The shower was really spacious and the shower head was enjoyable. There were a lot of lighting options so it didn’t feel like your typical couple of lamps hotel room. The windows even opened- score! When we checked in, the...

Great place

This hotel is great. Convenient to the airport and easy access to the rest of Saskatoon. It is clean the staff are very polite and extremely helpful. The free buffet breakfast was an added bonus. The rooms themselves are clean and bright and we didn’t hear other guests during our stay.

Parking was great. Room was clean and comfortable Would recommend staying there.

10 out of 10. Everything was luxurious in our suite, and the food was delicious. As two celiacs, we had every confidence in the meals we ordered, as the servers took our dietary restrictions very seriously. Can't wait to go back to the James Hotel.

None

One of the staff is rude to us. When my wife asked for a toothbrush ( 5pcs ) one of the staff gave our request with attitude.

While the rooms were a little smaller than normal, they were still well kept and clean

This is our favorite place to stay for the past few years. Upon arrival the front desk employee Aiden was very accommodating. She arranged us to be in rooms that worked for us and our kids and made sure the room would be cleaned quickly (even though we weren’t in a rush!). Overall A service upon arrival. The pool is a blast for our kids and we love ordering food from the restaurant (delicious items on the menu) and taking it up to our room. Great location, will absolutely be back again!
