When we first checked in we were give key cards to what was supposed to be our room that we had booked, got to the room and used the key card to open the door to the room to find out that someone else was in the room. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable encounter, we had been travelling all night with our young child and were very frustrated with how long it took for us to get into a room to rest, we were upgraded with no charge to a king suite from the queen suite which when I was booking was only 10-20 dollars more, then when checking out I mentioned it again as we were to tired the night of to even think about what had just happened and they said since the room was already paid for there was nothing they could do and gave me 2 10 dollar dennys cards for breakfast on them? So what I’m getting out of this is they value that very awkward and uncomfortable situation at roughly $40? Very unprofessional and likely won’t book there again

The staff are efficient and friendly. The common areas are clean and well maintained. Our room was very clean and in great condition - even the carpet. The attached restaurants were clean and we had a great meal at Chop. Dennys was perfect and quick for breakfast. Would stay here again - and I am very picky about a clean room. Oh - the bed was good as well.

Close to a wedding we attended. Would have been better with breakfast. Some of our friends were at another hotel close by, prices were similar but they offered breakfast.
