I DID NOT EVEN GET THERE!!! I booked the night stay through expedia which was non refundable and my son had car trouble and was only able to make it to Regina. I called your hotel for ALL day to speak to someone to see if we could change the stay to Regina instead. WE WASTED ALL THAT MONEY!!!!

I was told that this was a smoke free property Not once did the staff enforce the smoke free policy. There is an older smoking area outside that was littered with butts. I asked them to attend to this and they did not. My contract with expedia was effectivly null and void and I am in fact not required to provide payment as they had an area that clearly was for smokers despite the non smoking sign In addition the window in our room would not open Finally there were 6 bolts missing from the safety railing going up to the slide. The hotel was very nice. These are inexcusable however
