It was under construction/renovation and it's a dated property. Overall the stay was comfortable. The maids forgot all their cleaners in our room one day and there were dirty gloves left on the floor so that was really odd. Otherwise really liked the restaurant in the property.

Under construction, noisy….jack hammer, access obstructions. This hotel does not respect Expedia bookings…poor room allocation, also the air conditioning didn’t work well. Expedia bookings don’t get the breakfast coupon like other bookings! You are treated like a second class citizen if you book through Expedia! Very disappointed.

Clean, comfortable hotel for a reasonable price in a great location in downtown Saskatoon overlooking the river. We had two meals at the restaurant and both were excellent. Staff were friendly and professional. We particularly appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Driver was awesome.

The hotel itself is okay.. friendly enough staff and hotel is clean but the biggest thing is the parking! Charged an extra $15 to park there.. confusing details about parking ( paid $15 for parking when we checked in) but were not given anything to display on the dash of the vehicle. We did, however, give the check-in lady our license plate number. Signs and kiosks all over the parkade and the property reminding people to pay for parking.. but why? I’m assuming anyone parked there was a guest of the hotel and would have paid like we did?? I found it VERY confusing and just the extra charge ticked me off!
