Staff were super friendly and attentive. Building is on very busy street lots of traffic noise old style wallpaper on walls. Was on 3rd floor had stomping jumping kids above me for 3 hours. Staff were great about asking them to stop as soon as I phoned. If you plan to stay here only book the top floor as the building is not sound proof at all. Noisy street circle drive right outside windows. Street outside hotel loud and busy too. Overall an ok mid range hotel if you just need a clean bed for a night or two. Not a high end or lizard hotel location is not ideal.

It was a nice place to stay at. Eating close by. the only drawback was one of the elevators was out for two days so made getting to main floor or our room a little time consuming as they was a baseball tournament happening and the place was full. So that was the only problem.

This is a really nice place to stay and is very conveniently located. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good water pressure in shower. Great pool. Only issue was our room did smell like stale smoke even though we had a non smoking room.

We were extremely disappointed by this property and the lack of adequate service. We were able to check-in a bit early which was helpful, but the toilet was plugged in our room which was not dealt with by their staff, instead they simply delivered a very dirty and disgusting plunger to our door. Our hair dryer was not working and we were told that they might be able to get someone to look at it the next morning (which they didn’t). Lastly - the included breakfast was sad - terrible coffee, not a lot of choices, and the dining area was very dirty. We had to wipe our own table (cloth and spray bottle was there, but staff were not using them). I purposely picked this hotel based on its good rating, but was very disappointed by the lack of service and limited breakfast.

Overall a great stay. Room was very clean as were the common areas. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Liked the fact that the fridge in the room had an actual separate freezer compartment to keep ice packs frozen. Will definitely stay here again
