Front Desk Clerk was a complete Ahole, I paid for the room with my company visa for 1 of my drivers and when my driver got there he refused my drivers Visa to pay for the room security deposit, my driver was then asked to leave the property as he was very upset from working an 18hr day and not having a place to sleep. I asked my driver to go back into the front office and ask the clerk to forward me a credit card auth form so I could pay for the security deposit and let my driver get some rest, the clerk down right refused to send an email, then I proceeded to try and call approx 13x directly to the hotel and he did not answer any of the calls. I will no longer be using Comfort Inn and im considering on not using Expedia any longer as refunds are NON Existence without having TOO PAY MORE money which is ridiucoulus for insurance. Horrible all around

Were do i start....took money outta m.c...no maid for 2 days...poorbreakfast. Over chargerdfor pet stay..no notice about the cost..bed was broken on one side...never again...

After checking in, went to room and it had yet to be ready. Beds not made and room not cleaned. Given another room but front desk staff unaware the room was not ready for guests. Lack of communication somewhere.
