"The property is clearly dated but upkept very nicely and clean. Our rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were ok we didn’t need them for anything past check in. Even though they asked me to fill out a registration form at check in, the information was never updated to my profile. The only thing I really disliked about this property and will affect my rating is the super early check out that they are so strict with. 10am check out was too early for my family of four, when I asked there wasn’t even a second thought to accommodate us for an additional hour which is the usual check out time at other properties. We stayed 6 days I feel there should have been some accommodation for us, I don’t think I’ll stay in the future due to the early check out time. "

"Shuttle service was excellent from airport and to cruise port We were not informed that a shuttle was available to Rendezvous restaurant until we walked there No coffee pot in room or ability to heat water. No microwave Overall a good stay!"

"The hotel, room, location, service is very bad. The Shuttle service they provide has max 10 people and its first come first serve and it’s every hour. Basically its the worst hotel we have stayed in."

"No ocean view but beach is easily accessible. Only issue is that the room didn’t get attention daily. Was here 3 days and had to request the bed be changed. "

"Staff was very slow. Room was dated. The resort was dated. And for over $600 a night they should be ashamed of themselves. This elite dinner was the same room as breakfast. Staff rude and nasty. We asked for an accommodation or asked for anything, everything is no no no not worth it at all. Pool service, bad empty bottles laying around cigarette buds no one cleaning gross. "
