"This hotel was clearly an apartment building at one time as it had a walk-in closet in master bedroom and the AC unit and water heater are in the room. My biggest complaint would be the look of the room. The entire unit was bright white (the floor was an off white tile) it was hard to get used to. My son even turned his light on just to offset the brightness. They really need to go in and through a different color on a couple walls. "The property has been maintained impeccably despite being almost 40 years old. The room was very comfortable, roomy and had great air conditioning. Terrace was delightful and kept cool despite 90 degree weather. Very well designed. Room was a bit dark and could benefit from installing some built-in spotlights for those who need more light. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Housekeeping did a nice job cleaning but was inconsistent in leaving basic amenities and sufficient towels....

"We had a lovely stay. Originally we were only going to stay one night but ended up staying the weekend. I stayed with two children and found the staff to all be very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and updated. Nice pool and perfect location. The reason to stay here is most definitely the wonderful staff. They handled may different types of groups and demographics with ease. We would highly recommend this hotel."
