"Kendra at Check In was genuine and kind. After a long day of travel and activities, it was really nice to see a friendly face checking in around 10pm. My room was cozy and it felt great to settle into crisp clean sheets. I really appreciated the top level of housekeeping. Lastly, I also really appreciated the super fast elevators. Sounds silly to mention, but I've been in a few hotel elevators that seemed to take a long time to get and it's something so small but significant to deal with after a long day. Thank you to the maintenance crew for being on top of things. Really great stay due to how smooth things went with the staff and facilities. It was a true shame that I could only stay one night."
