I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. "Excellent Service and Accommodations, with a Few Areas for Improvement Our stay at The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills was overall a wonderful experience. The accommodations were excellent, offering comfort and a luxurious atmosphere, and the hotel staff's service was exceptional. The team was professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. That said, a couple of areas could use improvement. The elevators experienced issues, which created some inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel’s complimentary car service, advertised within a two-mile radius, was quite limited, making it less useful than expected. Despite these shortcomings, the accommodations and outstanding hospitality made for a very enjoyable stay. With elevator improvements and more reliable transportation, the experience would be even better. Overall, a beautiful property with excellent hospitality, though a few operational details need attention."

"What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious bathroom, a large TV, and a balcony. Sadly, we were only there overnight but the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is also great. Will definitely return to this beautiful hotel when I am back in LA."
