It also didn’t put out any cool air. The fridge froze all of our babies milk, my wife’s expensive medication, and other food. Both beds were very uncomfortable and left us sore the next day. When I talked with the staff the next morning, they sent a maintenance team to “fix” the AC and refrigerator. When we came back from to our room we found that it was leaking even more and they switched out the fridge with one that had mold in it. We were moved to a new room that they ensured us don’t have any of these issues. However, the AC unit didn’t work at all. It was hot and humid in our room with no cool air. They sent maintenance to this room to fix the issue, while we waited for three hours. The issue was never resolved and the room was still hot. We ended up leaving and driving 3hours home instead of trying to suffer through another sleepless night.
