"The bed was awful. The indoor pool was ice cold. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were extremely gross. Just add water. The sausage was the same way.. we have stayed there several times in the past but it has never been this bad. They definitely need to step out up a little. This place gives best Western a bad name.
