"The hotel was clean, but it does need renovated. Everything worked, however, and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was basic but good. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The room had a huge TV, which was much larger than most hotel rooms, so that was nice. I would stay there again. The price was $125 a night. I think it probably should have been about $90, considering the need for an update. Overall, it was good and I think other hotels in Montrose were much more expensive."

"The interior of the property was excellent. Clean, well furnished, and designed. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking and main access is through an alley. The mini-split air conditioner in one bedroom operated with a loud rattle and high pitched whine. We had a particularly hard rain downpour and one of the skylights leaked in the dining room. Other than that the property was perfect for our needs."
