The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit. »

« If you want a private home close to Ouray, Ridgway, or Montrose, look no further. We enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. The place has EVERYTHING you would need. The hosts are fabulous and are very clear in communication. You will get some critters at the back door. We made friends with the chipmunks, bunnies and spotted some deer. The place is exactly as advertised. »

« This place was great! It's small, but has everything we needed. I was also the most needy I've ever been and the host was quick to respond and answered all my questions. One thing you should know, the laundry facility is coming operated and all the banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday. So bring quarters. The lady at the grocery store was nice enough to get me a roll of quarters though. »
