"The property shows better online than in actuality. The overall property doesn't seem very well taken care of. RV sites are overgrown and the cabin was dark and musty smelling. The area itself didnt feel as safe as we would gave liked. We had to leave early for personal reasons and didn't expect a full refund by any means buy maybe something would have been nice. I hope they use the money to clean up the property. Very disappointing."

"We just stayed for one overnight, but the hotel was in a very walkable, cozy part of town. Room was clean and sufficient for an overnight. Breakfast in the morning was very basic; coffee, juices, big cinnamon rolls. Do not hesitate to book a room."

"Yes, it’s a budget hotel. That being said, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. The room was just gross and neglected. The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. Towels had been washed but were heavily stained; the shower barely got warm; the toilet wobbled; the upstairs hallway was super dark… If it were just one of these things I’d be able to look past it. But there wasn’t a single clean, well kept area of this place. It might be ok the cheaper end of hotels in Montrose but I can assure you it’s overpriced for what you get."
