A great super clean motel in a great location.

Motel desk people were excellent and all other employees were great. We had a family problem and had to cut our stay from 3 days to 2 days. Days Inn could not credit us for the third night because we booked the trip through Expedia.com. When I called them after we arrived, Expedia (after talking to several "out of the USA Expedia Customer Representatives) told us we could not get a refund for the third night because we had to request it 24 hours before we arrived at the Motel. Their policy (I don't think it was Days Inn Policy but Expedia indicate it was) was to deny any refund regardless of our reasons for changing our reservations, so we stayed for 2 nights and paid for three!! Needless to say, we will never us Expedia again for anything and I will discuss our experience with our entire family and group of friends. It sure soured our experience to stay in the Days Inn in Grand Junction.
